Mhm, I just might've.

It's true, I may love consuming and making sweets just as much as I love photography.

But these cookies... these cookies give you all the warm and fuzzy feelings the traditional chocolate chip cookies do, but they hold so much more character with the chewy coconut and oats, with the crunch of the nuts. Oh em gee dee-lish!!!

What You Need


  • 2 sticks of BUTTER
  • 1 cup DARK BROWN SUGAR
  • 1/2 cup SUAGR
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1 tsp. VANILLA
  • 2 cups FLOUR
  • 1 tsp. BAKING SODA
  • 1 tsp. CINNAMON
  • 2 cups OLD FASHIONED OATS
  • 2 cups SWEETEND COCONUT STREDS
  • 1 cup CHOPPED PECANS
  • 1.5 cups CHOCOLATE CHIPS



How to Make Cowboy Cookies


  1. Cream butter + sugar.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet mix slowly.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips, coconut, + pecans with a spatula.
  6. Scoop out 2 tbsp of dough, and roll into a ball.
  7. Bake @ 350º for 12-14 minutes.
