Who doesn't love Cream Cheese?
This is such an easy dish to whip up, it took me less than 30 minutes. I have a whole section in my first Cookbook dedicated to Pillsbury Crescent Rolls. They are a staple in this house hold, and for good reason. With just a little TLC and some cream + sugar, the possibilities are endless.

How to make Cream Cheese Danish
- Preheat oven 350º
- Mix cream cheese, vanilla, lemon juice, + sugar until creamy. (room temp. cream cheese is best for a smooth and silky filling.)
- Mix melted butter + brown sugar for pastry glaze.
- Mix crumble ingredients together adding dry or wet ingredients as needed. I even like addending a pinch of cinnamon.
- Evenly cut Pillsbury dough into 8 slices.
- Press dough together as shaping into an oval or rectangle shape.
- With the back of a spoon create a divot for the cream cheese filling.
- Glaze dough.
- Add cream cheese filling.
- Top with crumble.
- Bake 13-15 minutes
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for the icing drizzle.
- Let cool for 10-15 minutes, then drizzle icing as desired.
